Two sets of building plans. Plans must include elevation, cross section, foundation, floor plan, and wall brace plan per SPS 320.09(5) & SPS 321.25.

Site plan showing lot setbacks and erosion control measures.

Copy of Town zoning permit
-
Copy of Town sanitary permit
-
Energy worksheets (heat/loss calculations and insulation R-values)

Complete fee payment.
Completed applications, plans, and *fees can be mailed to:
