Any HVAC for new construction & remodeling

Decks & deck additions

Detached accessory buildings
-
Signs & fences (contact City of Algoma administrator)

Re-siding
-
Re-roofing
-
Replacing windows or doors
-
Outdoor pools
-
Normal repair of plumbing, electrical, & HVAC equipment

Agricultural buildings
BUILDING PERMIT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR:
-
Finishing of interior surfaces (such as kitchen cabinets)
-
Replacement of major building equipment, including furnaces, central air conditioners, water heaters & any other major piece of equipment
